The ingredients needed to make Chicken Momos:
  1. Take 300 gm stuffing chicken mince
  2. Prepare 1/4 tsp minced garlic
  3. Get 1/2 tsp minced ginger
  4. Take 1 medium onion finely chopped
  5. Make ready 2 green chillies chopped
  6. Get 1 tsp soya sauce
  7. Take to taste salt
  8. Take 2 cups flour (maida) for wrap/ outer cover
  9. Take 2 tsp oil
  10. Take to taste salt
  11. Take as required Water for kneading dough
Steps to make Chicken Momos:
  1. Mix together all the stuffing ingredients for the filling in a bowl and keep it aside.
  2. In a bowl sift flour and salt,add oil and enough water to knead into a firm dough. Cover and keep aside. knead the dough once again and form 12 lime sized balls.
  3. Roll the dough into a flat thin circle, place the 1/2 tbsp of filling in the center,
  4. Fold the wrap to halfand pinch the corner
  5. Hold one side ofwrap from the center and fold like pleats (like sari pleats) till you complete the circle
  6. Press all the pleats together and twist.
  7. Cut out the extra dough as shown in pic prepare the remaining momos in the similar way.
  8. Arrange them an inch apart and steam for 15minutes.
  9. Ready
  10. Garnish with crisp noodles & serve with sweet chilli dip
