The ingredients needed to make Crispy Potato rings:
  1. Prepare 2 medium sized potatoes boiled and mashed
  2. Make ready 5 garlic pods finely chopped
  3. Get 2 tbsp butter
  4. Take 1/2 cup semolina powdered
  5. Get 1/2 cup water
  6. Take 2 tsp chilli flakes
  7. Prepare Handful Coriander leaves, chopped
  8. Get 3 tbsp corn flour
  9. Take As required Oil for frying
Instructions to make Crispy Potato rings:
  1. Boil the potatoes and mash it well. Garlic pods finely chopped and dry red chillies grind it well like chilli flakes. Powder the semolina to a fine powder.
  2. In a kadai, add 2 tbsp butter and add the garlic, fry till the raw smell goes off. Add chilli flakes. Add 1/2 cup water and allow to boil, add salt and semolina, and cook it till the semolina gets cooked. Add the potatoes and mix well. Form a smooth dough. Add coriander leaves & cornflour and knead well.
  3. Take a small ball and flatten it using a rolling pin and using a cookie cutter make rings. In a kadhai, heat the oil and fry the rings under a medium flame to a golden brown. Crispy Potato rings are ready to munch!
