- Take Pinch Salt
Cut beef, dredge in flour mixture and sear pieces until browned. Cook onion and garlic in same pan until tender. Return meat to pan with water, parsley, salt, pepper, and bay leaf. - Mix the Dumpling mixture in a bowl and you should get 8 small dumplings as they expand in the stew. Add them to the stew for the last 20 minutes of the stew.

- Add the broth and the beef stock and bring to the boil.add the carrots and Turn down and the Spinach and stir. Then add the lot to an oven proof dish with a lid and cook on 170 for 2 hours.
- 20 minute near the end add the Dumplings and pineapple stir in and cook for 20 minutes.
