Let it boiled for3 minutes. Mix cornflour into1 tbsp water. Add to the water. Let it boiled for3 minutes. Add1/2 tsp black pepper powder and salt. The soup is ready.
- Add1/2 cup of water to a microwave proof bowl.Add red chilli and tomato. High micro for 5 minutes. Peel off tomatoes. Make paste of tomato and chilli Add1/2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add 1/ tsp ginger and1/2 tsp garlic. Saute.Then add 1/2 onion(chopped). Saute for1 minute. Add tomato paste. Cook for2 minutes. Add red chilli powder,soya sauce,red chilli sauce,tomato ketchup,little bit of salt. Let it be thick. Chutney is ready.
- Take small amount of dough and roll on to make thin and fill with small amount of chicken and give momo shape. Grease oil into the momo stands and put momos into it and steam for10to12 minutes.
- Momo is ready to serve.
