  2. Heat chilli oil in a saucepan, saute garlic & capsicum. Stir for a minute. Add noodles, salt & toss. Keep aside.
  3. For the salsa
  4. Heat a pan, add tomatoes, garlic & salt. Mix, add water & cover. Cook on slow flame till the tomatoes soften. Add sugar & mash well. Keep aside.
  5. For the dumplings
  6. Mix potatoes, vegetables, green chilies, red chilli powder, lime juice, salt. Make small balls & flatten them.
  7. Mix grated cheese & bread crumbs gently to roll the dumplings. Shallow fry & keep aside.
  8. For the plating
  9. Roll portions of noodles in a fork & place on the centre of the plate.
  10. Spread some salsa & grated cheese on the noodles.
