- After 10 mins remove them and place them over a clean towel, under a fan in full speed to get them dried up & again place another towel over it so that the upper towel sucks up the extra water from the potato slices, as shown in pic 2. Now turn them once after half & hour so that it gets dried up completely from both the sides.
- After 1 hour you will notice that the edges or the outline of the slices started crumbling up a bit. That means the potato slices are perfectly dried up. You can even dry them up for 1 more hour too to become completely dried up. Now heat a pan and fry them in medium flame and after 10 mins of frying they will become crisp completely.
