  1. Take 2 Boiled potatoes
  2. Prepare 2 tb sp semolina
  3. Prepare 1/2 Green capsicum
  4. Prepare 1 onion
  5. Prepare 1 " piece ginger
  6. Get 2 tb sp chopped coriander leaves
  7. Take 2 Green chilli
  8. Prepare To taste salt
  9. Make ready 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  10. Prepare 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  11. Get 1/2 tsp garam masala
  12. Make ready 1/2 tsp chaat masala
Instructions to make Potato Crispies:
  1. Grate boiled potatoes in a mixing bowl. Add chopped onion, capsicum, green chilli, grated ginger and salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and chaat masala. Mix it well.
  2. Now add semolina and knead it like a soft dough. Semolina absorb moisture of potato and bind it well.
  3. Now take a portion of dough and roll with the help of hands and press it like a tikki. Like wise make all the tikkis.
  4. Heat oil in a wok and shallow fry tikkis. When it turns golden brown colour flip the side and shallow fry from other side also.
  5. Serve hot with sauce.
