- Take semolina in bowl add curd black pepper powder in to it and add water as necessary and make thick batter before 30 min from your cook time.
- First cook potato by 3 whistle in cooker. take one kadai add one spoon oil heat it add chopped onion tomato green chilli turmeric powder and salt as per taste into it. after 2 min add mashed potato and lemon it and mix it.
- Preheat your dhosa tavi and add first 1 bowl batter on it. cook it for 3 min. transfer it into other side after that apply potato mixer on it. and above that add one bowl batter on it. after 2min transfer it to another side.
- Take it into plate above it add oragano, chilli flakes. cut it into 4 pieces
