Instructions to make Rava (Semolina) Potato Sandwich:
- For Rava layering: Mix Rava, curd and salt in a bowl. Add water slowly and mix well till required consistency reached. Place a lid on it and keep aside.
- For filling : Heat oil in a karahi and put chopped onion and cook till it becomes transparent. Add Peas and stir well and place a lid over it and cook till peas are done.
- Now add boiled and mashed potatoes in it. Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander seeds powder and coriander leaves and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes. Transfer the filling in a plate.
- Now brush the griddle with oil. Put one tb spoon of Rava mixture on griddle and spread it in round shape with the help of ladle. After 5 minutes flip the side.
- Now spread potato filling over it.
- Cover this with another ladle full of Rava mixture and spread over it. Cook for 5 minutes and flip the side. Brush it with a little cooking Oil.
- Cook from other side also.
- Like wise make all the sandwiches.
- Serve hot with sauce and green chutney.
