  1. First make the chilli paste by adding the ingredients ( dried chillies, water and vinegar ) in a pan and letting it come to a boil, cook for 15 mins till red color comes out. Let the mixture cool. Now pour it in a grinder to blend to a paste.
  2. Now marinate the whole chicken in lemon, garlic ginger paste and salt for min 1 hour.
  3. In a cooking pot, add the olive oil and fry the marinated chicken for 15 mins. Then using a spoon apply red chilli paste generously all over and in between the slits. Now let it cook till chicken is fully cooked and juicy. Do not over cook. Serve warm.
