  1. Prepare 200 gm finely minced chicken
  2. Make ready 1 tsp ginger,garlic paste
  3. Prepare 1 finely chopped onion
  4. Get 1 tsp white pepper powder
  5. Take 200 gm flour(maida)
  6. Take 1 tsp soya sauce
  7. Make ready 1 tsp chilli sauce
  8. Prepare 2 tsp tomato sauce
  9. Make ready 1 tsp salt
  10. Take 1 tsp baking soda
Steps to make Chicken Momo:
  1. Take a bowl mix a pinch of salt in the flour and mix well with water.
  2. Marinated chicken,onion,ginger,garlic paste,chilli sauce, tomato sauce,and salt mix well for 2 mins
  3. Next take the dough and make a thin roti out of it. Keep it big then cut it in small circles
  4. Put 1tsp of chicken mixture in the center of it and with the other hand bring all edges together to the center, while making pleats
  5. Heat up a steamer arrange uncooked momos in the steamer close the lid and allow steaming until the momos are cooked about 10mins
  6. Take the momos off the steamer and serve it hot with tomato sauce
