- Take 4 clove of freshly chopped Garlic
- Take 1 large Onion sliced thin. I have also used diced green onion, again it's what you have

- Place all ingredients into a large pasta pot, pour broth, and sprinkle with pepper flakes, oregano, and oil
- Cover, bring to a boil reduce to low heat. Keeping the pot covered cook for about 10 minutes, stirring every two cook until liquid is down to about one inch
- You can add fresh grated Parmesan before serving. No sauce is necessary, but I tend to add it the next day to the leftovers
