  2. Prepare 3 medium sized boiled potato

You can pretty much use what ever you have in. Recipe for a simple spring onion curry - Spring onions or scallions combined with chickpea flour or besan to make a curry, best served with rotis. Instructions to make Spring onions and potato curry:
  1. In a pan heat oil and add boiled potato (roughly mashed)..fry it well till it's become golden brown
  2. Keep it side…..
  3. Again heat the oil in the same pan…add panchforan and green chilli…..
  4. Now add chopped spring onions and fry it well
  5. After some time add ginger garlic paste and saute it….when it becomes aromat add all dry spices and saute it…
  6. Fry it for 10 min and add chopped tomatoes…..mix it…
  7. Now add fried potatoes and salt and mix it well…..and add required water(Which consistency of curry u like)
  8. Cover with lid and cook it on medium flame for 10 min….
  9. Ur dish is ready….garnish with chopped coriander leaves and Serve it with steamed rice.
