- when potatoes are done… remove from oven and cut in half
- scoop out most of the potato I like to leave 1/4 inch
- mix the sweetpotato with all the ingredients from step two
- replace into baked potato skin
- add toppings…butter ..brownsugar ..marshmallows…pecans
- place back into 350° for 25 min
