- Heat 2tbs of oil in a pan on medium flame. Add cauliflower florets and fry for 3mins then add potatoes
- Fry for 7,8 mins until light brown. Put it in a plate and set aside.
- In the same pan add 2 tbls of oil then add cumin seeds and saute for 30 sec.
- Add the onions and cook for 2 mins till translucent. Add ginger garlic paste, cook fir 2mins.Now add tomatoes and cook for 2 mins until soft.
- Add turmeric powder and red chilli and coriander powder. Add amchur(mango powder)
- Cover the lan and let it cook for 2 mins then add potatoes and cauliflower in it. Mix well.
- Add coriander leaves and garam masala then cook on medium flame for 5,6mins.add salt
- Cook for another 6 minutes until potatoes and cauliflower are tender but not soggy. You may add some water if masala is sticky
- Garnish with some coriander leaves and serve with roti or chapati.
- Instructions. Adjust spices level to taste. You can add kasuri methi in it.
