  1. Get 1 litre milk
  2. Take 2 tbsp sugar
  3. Prepare 2 grated apple
  4. Make ready 2 tbsp Almond flakes
  5. Take 6 grated elaichi peda
  6. Take 4 big size kulfi mould
  7. Make ready as needed cherries for garnishing
Instructions to make Apple Kulfi:
  1. Boil milk till it thickens.
  2. Grate apple and cook in a pan till moisture evaporates. Add sugar and cook till thickens and colour changes.
  3. Add grated peda mix well add cooked apple pulp.
  4. Now add Almond flakes and cool the kulfi mixture. Fill in moulds and freeze on high temperature for 4 hrs. Or till kulfi is freezes completely.
  5. Unmould the ready YUMMY, DELICIOUS apple kulfi in palate slice and garnish with cherries and serve.
