  7. Add 1 Gallon of Apple Cider
  8. Add 20 Allspice pods
  9. Add 1 Star Anise
  10. Add 8 Cinnamon Sticks
  11. Wait until it boils than let it simmer for 45 minutes
  12. After 30-35 minutes take out Cinnamon Sticks
  13. After 45-50 minutes is up take out Star Anise and Allspice
  14. Get to room temperature
  15. Add your bottle of Everclear
  16. Put drink into mason jars and ENJOY
