- melt the butter then saute onion and potato with carrot 2 minute then add stock simmer for 5 minute then add cabbage then season with salt
- OPTIONAL ADD ON THEN add bacon or mackeral ( if using )
- put another 3 tbsp of butter and springkle parsley on top of potato and cabbage then bake at 200 C /400F for about 15 to 25minute (if using mackerel ) till top crispy and brown
