- Boil potatoes and refrigerate it for 7-8 hrs. Then Peel & grate them.
- Now in this add all the spices along with 1/4 th cup bread crum, 2 tbsp cornflour and half egg.
- Give it a doughnut shape, mix together sesame seed and bread crums along side.
- Dip your doughnuts in egg, now roll them up in bread crums and refrigerate it for 15min.
- Deep fry them in oil and serve them up with your favourite sauces as per your desire.
