- Add chaat masala,salt,red chilli crushed,fresh coriander,rice flour and mix until well combined.
- Now add cooked semolina mixture and mix well.
- Grease hands with oil,take a mixture and make sticks of equal sizes.
- In wok,heat cooking oil and fry potato fingers until golden brown.and serve in iftar
