  8. Start folding and forming pleats one by one towards the end.
  9. Heat water in a steamer/ electric cooker. Let the water come to a boil.
  10. Steam the momos for 10 mins.
  11. For the red chilli chutney, grind all the ingredients to a smooth paste.
