- Knead to a firm dough and add water as required. Cover the dough and keep aside for 30 mins.
- Heat the oil, saute the garlic for 2-3 secs.

- Add the soya sauce, salt and pepper when the veggies start turning golden.
- Make balls of equal size from the dough and roll each ball into a thin circle of abt 2-3 inch.
- Try to get the edges to be thin and the center to be thick.
- Start folding and forming pleats one by one towards the end.
- Heat water in a steamer/ electric cooker. Let the water come to a boil.
- Steam the momos for 10 mins.
- For the red chilli chutney, grind all the ingredients to a smooth paste.
