- Coat them with the rice. If u r using any colour then coat some chicken balls in that coloured rice.
- Grease the plates of a steamer with little oil.
- Place the rice coated chicken balls on it.
- Close the lid of the steamer.
- Steam the rice balls on medium flame for 15_20 minutes or till the chicken and rice is fully cooked.
- Serve hot with chilli sauce.
