Steps to make Chicken Corn Soup:
  1. Take chicken pieces in a pot with 2 litr water along with Bay leaf, Cinnamon stick, Cloves, Black pepper, Green Cardamom, Garlic cloves, Ginger paste + Ginger piece chop to minced,Onion cut in fine slices, Green Chilli. Boil water on high heat, aftr first boil lowers the heat and remove some scums from the top with help of spoon. Let it cook on low-medium heat till chicken gets tender. At end there should be 4 glass of broth remains.Strain the broth, mashed the garlic,ginger, onion in siev
  2. Sieve the broth, remove bay leaf,cinnamon,cloves, cardamom. Mash the remaining onion,garlic,ginger, black pepper in the sieve to get maximum juices, then remove these also.If using Raw corn thn boil them till tender and mash some. If using tin of sweet corn thn use aftr straining the water.Also mash these a little.
  3. Add corn to chicken broth, cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. Add salt, black pepper, soya sauce. Mix cornflour in water and add to soup with contiuous stirring to avoid lumps.
  4. Beat egg. When soup start boiling, lower the heat and add beaten egg in stream form with stirring continuly.egg will cook in hot soup.taste & adjust seasoning.serve hot with crackers.Enjoy
