- take a peice of foil carefully covering the top of the pie, now place in oven bake for 45 minutes covered, now take off the foil, the egg white mix it ,brush it on top of pie bake untill golden light brown.that should take 15 to 18 minutes.
- take out of oven, place on wire rack let the pie completely cool down.
