For the chilli sauce - - ​in a Mixer, grind tomatoes, garlic and soaked chillies to a smooth paste. - in a small pan, add oil and heat it up. - add the ground paste, salt and cumin powder. - sautee till the raw smell is out and you can see the oil floating on the top. - add water to thin down the sauce. - remove it into a bowl and enjoy with warm momos !!
