  1. Make ready 1 1/2 cup chicken boiled
  2. Take potato 2 big sized

  6. Prepare 1 tsp cumin powder
  7. Take coriander leaves chopped 2 - 4 tbsp

  9. Take bread crumbs to coat

Instructions to make Chicken and potato cutlets:
  1. First boil chicken and potatoes… (i boiled them together and my chicken was with bone).
  2. Shred the chicken… and add both of them in mixing bowl.
  3. Add salt, black pepper, chilli flakes, cumin powder and mix well with hand till combined.. add coriander leaves and mix.
  4. Now shape them.
  5. Then, first dip them in beaten egg and then in crumbs…
  6. Repeat the same process with all the cutlets.
  7. Fry them, i deep fried them this time… you can pan fry them as well until get the good golden colour all over and serve
