- Spread soaked rice on a bowl.Dampen your palms & divide the chicken mixture into small equal portions shaped into balls.
- Coat them with the rice.Sprinkle the saffrons on the rice balls.
- Place the prepared dumplings inside the steamer.Cover & steamer for 15 mints or till the chicken & rice is fully cooked.
- Serve hot with sweet chilli sauce.
