- Take a bowl add besan,chicken,salt,red chilli powder
- Add garam masala, coriander powder, lemon juice, food colour and haldi.
- Now add 1-2 tsp water mix well.

- Now wash the potatoes and squeeze extra water add cornflour, maida.
